All couples are set up with a complimentary planning session with one of our Client Managers to help them select the perfect vendors for their big day. We use our years of experience and expertise in the wedding industry to help our couples decide on every single vendor they will need.
Day-Of Coordination & Wedding Invitations
If you are not planning on hiring a wedding planner to assist you throughout the entire wedding process, we require you to hire a day-of coordinator. One of our preferred vendors, Absolutely Chic Event Rentals, offers day-of coordinators to handle all of the big and small details of your wedding day, ensuring that you, your soon-to-be-spouse, and your entire wedding party feel calm, confident, and excited for the big day ahead! Absolutely Chic Event Rentals can also help with the selection of décor items, such as chairs, tables, and more, to tie all of the aspects of your ceremony and reception together. They also specialize in the design and creation of stunning wedding invitation suites, including save-the-dates and formal invitation sets.
Food & Beverage
One of the biggest decisions you will have to make is what type of food you would like to serve your guests at your wedding reception. Luckily for our couples, we have a preferred vendor list featuring seven local talented caterers. Chef Ray Dubois of Georgia Restaurant Ventures (pictured) is our most commonly used caterer, and we’re confident his delicious cuisine will leave your guests feeling full and satisfied!
If you are planning on serving beer, wine, or cocktails at your reception, Red Gate Farms provides four bar packages to choose from. So, whether you dream of a champagne toast, specialty cocktails, or even serving your favorite seltzers, we have you covered!
Florals & Transportation
There’s simply no underestimating the importance of florals on your wedding day. From your bouquets, boutonniéres, and centerpieces, to decorative ceremony florals, bountiful and beautiful blooms add the perfect romantic touch to your celebration. Our exceptionally talented in-house florist, Flower Child Floral, is able to masterfully bring each of our couples’ unique floral visions to life. Their arrangements are made of only the freshest and most stunning flowers and greenery. Whether your style is bold, classic, minimalistic, or bohemian, you are sure to be blown away by their elegant designs!
If you’re looking for a way to transport your guests or wedding party in style, we recommend chartering a trolley. Old Town Trolley Company is a top choice for many of our couples — and it’s no wonder why! Your guests are sure to be struck with a sense of Southern charm as they board one of their iconic trolleys. We don’t think you could find a better (or more memorable!) option for transportation on your wedding day.
Wedding Cakes
Looking for a cake that’s as sweet as your love story? Our preferred bakeries will create desserts that are as delectable as they are lovely! KM Cake Designs (pictured to the left) specializes in beautiful wedding cakes, dessert bars, and couture confections. With her delicious bakes, your guests will surely be making their way back for a second slice!
Don’t be fooled by the name! Grins and Giggles Cookie Co. (pictured to the right) specializes in much more than just cookies. Their custom cakes come in a wide variety of delectable flavors with intricate designs. With every bake, they strive to develop new flavors, adding an elevated twist to classic favorites.
Rentals
Red Gate Farms and Anything’s Possible Event Rentals both offer in-house rentals with every item you could imagine to help bring your wedding dreams to life.
